Okamih, na ktorý čakal celý svet: Jedno prekvapenie za druhým

Najviac nominácií 95. ročníka Oscarov, cien americkej Akadémie filmových umení a vied (AMPAS), získal v utorok surreálny sci-fi film Všetko, všade, naraz režisérov Dana Kwana a Daniela Scheinerta. TASR túto informáciu prevzala od agentúr AP a AFP.

Snímka Všetko, všade, naraz bola nominovaná dovedna v 11 kategóriách vrátane najlepšej réžie a najlepšieho filmu. Tento absurdný indie film zobrazuje čínsko-americkú imigrantskú rodinu, ktorá rieši daňové záležitosti, keď zrazu hlavná hrdinka zisťuje, že má stovky ďalších paralelných životov a dostáva sa do alternatívnych vesmírov.

Írska čierna komédia Duchovia Inisherinu a vojnový film Na západe nič nového skončili spoločne na druhom mieste s deviatimi nomináciami. Za nimi nasleduje s ôsmimi nomináciami životopisná hudobná snímka Elvis. Čiastočne autobiografický film Fabelmanovci od režiséra Stevena Spielberga dosiahol sedem nominácií. Spielberg tak má na konte za svoju kariéru už 20 Oscarových nominácií vrátane ôsmich za najlepšieho režiséra.

AFP si všíma, že v kategórii najlepšia réžia neboli nominované nijaké ženy, čo vyvolalo kritické reakcie na sociálnych sieťach.

Po prvý raz boli v kategórii najlepší film nominované aj dve snímky, ktoré predstavujú pokračovanie predošlých častí: Top Gun: Maverick a Avatar: Cesta vody. V poradí 95. ročník udeľovania Oscarov sa uskutoční 12. marca v Hollywoode.
